STEVE BAKER
Steve has served in the financial services industry since 2005. During this span he has successfully performed as both a financial advisor and wholesaler. Steve has been a steady and top producing wholesaler throughout his career, raising capital in the Reg D, Mutual Fund, Interval Fund, DST, and REIT spaces. His capital raising activity has been principally located in the Mountain/Central United States and the Four Corners territory.
Prior to joining CM Pacific Capital, Steve spent time with SC Distributors, Highland Capital Management, Realty Capital Securities, and Walton International. During his career, he has developed valuable and multiple industry contacts in the independent broker-dealer and RIA channels. These relationships, combined with his knowledge of both funds and non-traded products, have proven to be a tremendous benefit to CM Pacific Capital. Steve is an avid golfer and hockey player/fan. He competed collegiately at Fairfield University and the University of Rhode Island and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
